Automations is an operational layer that sits on top of the Optix platform. It enables operators to create automations for many of the manual tasks they perform in Optix each day including sending message reminders, following-up on invoices, upselling products, and more.

Automations+ is an Automations subscription tier that unlocks access to premium triggers and actions, additional action limits, and pay-per-action. Automations+ starts at $59/mo depending on your Optix plan.

Here are a few examples of automations that you could run in Optix.

  • Welcome and onboard new users: When a new active user joins by an admin, your mobile app, or sign-up widget, automatically send a welcome email and create a task with an onboarding checklist attached. If the user has not downloaded your app after one hour, send a reminder to download the app.
  • Begin the offboarding process: When a user is manually enrolled by an admin, send a message confirming their exit and create a task with an offboarding checklist attached.
  • Follow-up after a tour: One day after a tour booking date, if the account type is still “lead”, send an email inviting feedback on the tour experience and create a task for you or your admin to follow-up with the opportunity.
