Since we published our last product update with everything we added to Optix in 2017, we’ve been hard at work on some key features we rolled out to start the new year off on a great note. In our first roundup of the year, we’re thrilled to bring you info about some new features and a preview of what to expect in the coming weeks. Let’s get into it.
For both: One-off plans
This month, we launched one-off plans. Now in addition to being able to create and assign plans that auto-renew on a monthly or yearly basis, you can assign a plan that your members will pay for upfront with a set contract length. At the end of the contract length, the one-off plan will automatically expire. This is a great way to offer special introductory deals to prospective members, create promotional offers, build a special drop-in plan for your infrequent visitors, and so much more.
For your members: Improved app performance
We’re always looking for ways to improve the performance and speed of our mobile apps. Our mobile developers have implemented some changes which have optimized the performance of both the Android and iOS apps, ensuring your members are able to breeze through the process of booking a meeting room or pay for an invoice faster than ever before!
Coming soon: Community feed
An engaged community is at the heart of all successful coworking spaces. Next month, we’ll be rolling out the all new community feed. You’ll be able to easily share announcements, upcoming events, and more with your entire community of members. You’ll create posts for your feed from the manager’s web dashboard, which will appear on the home screen of the mobile app for your members to see anytime they launch the app. Keep your eyes peeled for an update with more info to be hitting the blog in early February.
