8 tips for optimizing your Google Business Profile for coworking spaces
1. Fill out all information of your profile
One of the most important and most fundamental parts of setting up a Google Business Profile is also something that most people don’t do: fill out all of the information.
The more information you have, the more likely it is that this profile will be shown to potential members.
A complete profile includes:
- Business hours
- Address
- Description
- Phone number
- Photos
- Category
- Services
If you’re prompted to fill it in, fill it in. This gives Google a better chance at picking up on the information (like category) and sharing it with the right people at the right time.
2. Use keywords in your description
There is space on your profile to describe your business. It’s recommended that you use as much space as is offered to you and that you use keywords in your description.
Doing so will give you the best chance of appearing when someone local searches for coworking spaces. This includes words like:
