Happy New Year! We’re so excited to kick off another amazing year of coworking with you. We’ve got tons of exciting updates coming your way, and we can’t wait to share them!

This month we’re getting things started with a new automation trigger now available for all Optix clients, an option to bulk enroll users and teams into manual automations, and a quick and easy way to check-in users to Optix.

But first, a big announcement…

Coming soon: The Inbox+ beta

Optix Inbox+ public beta

With highly requested features like group messaging, photo and file sharing, and the ability to share Optix items directly in any message, Inbox+ is the next generation communication tool you’ve been waiting for.

We’re rolling out Inbox+ to all Optix clients as part of an exclusive beta program. During the beta, you’ll get early access to all of the features listed above, along with new features and capabilities added soon.

Manual enrollment is now available to everyone! ⚡️

Exciting news! Every Optix client can now take advantage of the manual enrollment trigger, allowing you to initiate workflows manually, rather than relying on a pre-defined event to take place in Optix. 

The manual trigger gives you complete control over when a workflow begins making it ideal for scenarios where:

  • Custom timing is essential (member off-boarding)
  • Admin review or approval is required (following up on an issue)
  • Ad-hoc scenarios (changing an account type)
  • You want to enroll new users into existing campaigns 

With this trigger, you can now enjoy greater flexibility and control over your automations. Check out this FAQ to learn more about the manual enrollment trigger.

Bulk enrol users and teams into a manually triggered automation ⚡️

Bulk enroll users or teams manually

With the manual enrollment trigger now available for all Optix clients to use comes the ability to bulk enrol users and teams into that manually triggered automation. This means that if you need to manually enrol groups of people, or specific types of members onto an automation, you can do so with one click.

This can be helpful if you are:

  • Off-boarding a group of users or teams at one time
  • Enrolling specific members into a new promotional campaign , 
  • Engaging Users who expressed interest in a particular upcoming event
  • New to Automations and want to enroll pre-existing users into a new workflow

Easily check-in a user from the Users list

Check-in a user easily in Optix

You asked, we listened! You can easily check in any user directly from the Users tab in your admin dashboard. This enables you to check in any user with ease without navigating to their Account Panel and searching for the check-in button.

It’s especially handy for community managers who are assisting with checking in users throughout the day and want an quick way to do it in Optix.
