For admins: A new look and feel for your Inbox
Engage your Optix-powered community with a new look and feel for your Inbox!
With this update, you’ll enjoy additional communication capabilities including:
- Text formatting (bold, italicize, underlining, highlighting, bullet points, and more)
- Emoji reactions to messages
- Hyperlinked text and URL previews
- Setting a message as unread or read
- Creating a task for yourself or another admin directly from a message
- And more!
Together, these updates make it easier to communicate digitally with your fellow admin and users. This is the first of many new and exciting updates coming to messaging in Optix – stay tuned for more enhancements coming soon.

For admins: Export the allowance history of users
Some of your users might have asked questions like “Where did my allowance go?” or “How many allowances do I have left?”. This new feature allows you to find the answers to those questions and more.
With this new improvement to our Data Exporter app, you can now export a report that shows users’ allowance, allowance value, and if they have an unlimited allowance.
This feature becomes useful when auditing the allowance usage of your users. You can also input this data into a pivot table for you to analyze and find actionable insights that support your business objectives.
