We’re excited to share the new features and improvements we’ve launched during the month of August. From simplifying multi-location management, to creating more flexibility with our features, to improving formatting for Announcements, there are a lot of exciting updates for managers and members alike. Without further ado, let’s get into it!


For managers: Primary location

New features in Optix - August 2020

We’re excited to announce the launch of our newest feature, primary location. With this new feature, you can set a primary location that your users and teams work out of, and have the ability to filter your dashboard by a single location.

If you’re a multi-location coworking businesses, primary location provides you with more flexibility when viewing your dashboard and simplifies the dashboard experience! Read more about this new feature in our latest blog

For users: Products are now live on Android

New features in Optix - August 2020

Your users can now purchase products on their Android devices. Similar to iOS, users can access collections of products through the marketplace tile, or you can choose to feature products individually on the home screen of the Android app! Learn more about products here.

For managers: Choose to disable Room booking, Feed, and Community directory features

New features in Optix - August 2020

We’re always looking for ways to allow you to customize our platform even further to create an experience that works for your coworking business. So, you can now choose to disable any of the core features in Optix. You can now disable Room booking, the Feed, and the Community directory within your mobile apps, along with the features you could disable/enable before such as: check-in, desk booking, plans, products, report issue, teams, and web widgets.

For managers: Disable the ability for users to pay for invoices before they are due

New features in Optix - August 2020

We’ve added a new setting to your invoice preferences that allows you to disable the ability for your users to pay for invoices before they are due. This way, you can make edits to invoices until the day invoices are due and your users won’t be able to pay for them until the due date.

For managers: Style and format Announcements

New features in Optix - August 2020

You now have the ability to style and format Announcements when you create them. You can bold, italicize, strike through, and underline text; as well as, add bullets or numbering. Learn more by reading this FAQ.

For managers: Faster data exports

New features in Optix - August 2020

Exporting data from your user and invoice lists is now faster than ever before! We noticed that a lot of coworking businesses had large amounts of data they wanted to export. So, we sped up the process to make it quick and easy to get your data downloaded as a CSV. Spend less time downloading, and more time analyzing.
